  • How much time will this actually take each week?

    The technical briefings are under 20 minutes. Expect to spend about 2–3 hours a week implementing the tools directly into your current workflow. We aren't adding work; we are auditing the work you’re already doing.

  • Can I do this at my own pace?

    If you are in the Self-Paced Tier (Tier 1), yes. If you are in the Audit Excellence Lab (Tier 2), we move as a cohort over 8 weeks to ensure you stay accountable and get your ROI by graduation.

  • I’m already overwhelmed. Is this going to make it worse?

    You’re overwhelmed because you’re firefighting. This program is the "fire suppression system." Most students reclaim 5+ hours of weekly capacity by Week 4 just by eliminating vague tasks.

  • I’m not an Excel expert. Will I be able to use the trackers?

    If you can type a name and pick a status from a dropdown menu, you can use these tools. I provide step-by-step video walkthroughs for every single cell. No complex coding required on your part.

  • Does this work for remote, in-office, or hybrid teams?

    Yes. Because the system is built on Binary Achievement (Done or Not Done), it doesn't matter where your team sits. If the work is digital, the audit works.

  • Can I use this if my company already uses Jira, Asana, or Monday.com?

    Absolutely. Those tools are for project management; this is for Performance Auditing. Those tools tell you what is happening; our trackers tell you how much it's costing you and who your top 20% really are.

  • What is the "Veteran Edge" mentioned in the roadmap?

  • Will my team feel like I’m micromanaging them with these trackers?

    Actually, the opposite happens. Micromanagement is asking "What are you doing?" every hour. Auditing is looking at the tracker once a day. Your team will appreciate the clarity of knowing exactly what "Done" looks like.

  • What if the data shows my team is actually underperforming?

    Then you finally have the "Receipts" to fix it. We teach you how to use that data to build a performance plan.

  • How long does it take to get my Resume or set up a MOCK Interview?

    For most clients, depending on the type of tier chosen the estimated return window is from 1-7 business days. To set up MOCK interviews the estimated days are from 3-5 business days depending on the clients needs. MOCK interviews can be completed through computer or set up an appointment for in-person interviews.

  • What is a ATS Formatted Resume?

    An ATS formatted resume is designed for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), software used by Human Resources (HR) to filter job applications. It uses specific terms or keywords related to the client's experience to be recognized by the ATS and secure an interview.
