This service includes a 1hr. consultation to discuss job experience, skills, certifications. It also includes a discussion about long-term & short-term goals in order to understand the clients aspirations.
Resume and/or LinkedIn critique is also available upon clients request.
Interview Preparation

It’s not just about having the right information in the resume or having a visually compelling resume, that only gets your foot in the door the most important decision on whether they want to continue with you as an applicant, the Interview. Interviewing does not come naturally to some individuals that’s why it’s important to practice and develop those skills.
This service includes a 40-min “MOCK Interview Session”, general conversation regarding skills, job experience and qualifications, service also includes question and response critique, general employer research to develop critique.
We give you the ability to turn interviews into opportunities!
J.O.S. & Resume Distribution

This service uses targeted exposure to make sure that the resumes being handed out are to the right employer that matches the desired field or resume. It includes transparency in where if the resume or desired field is unreachable, we would recommend other options. We also provide receipt of employers where we have distributed the resumes so that you can keep track and contact them if you would want to!
This service also provides & assigns a Job Outreach Specialist (J.O.S) and this allows KFR Consults LLC to contact employers on behalf of the client to inquire about the current and available job openings, follow up on job application, and help schedule interviews.
